Air-conditioning / heating
Your room has reverse-cycle air-conditioning, controlled by remote. Press ON/OFF, then Temp ▲ / Temp ▼ to set the temperature, and MODE to switch between cool (snowflake) and heat (sun). For help, dial 9.
Blankets
For an extra blanket, please call Reception (dial 9).
Foxtel
Twelve Foxtel channels are available including Sky News, Lifestyle, History, Premier Movies and Action Movies. Press the ‘Guide’ button to find Foxtel and free-to-air programs.
Guest amenities
For extra or forgotten items, a limited supply of additional toiletries is available from Reception (dial 9) or housekeeping.
Iron & ironing board
An iron and ironing board are in your wardrobe. They are checked routinely — if you find one that is marked, let Reception know and we will replace it immediately.
Kitchenette & crockery
Every room has a kitchenette with toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and milk frother, microwave and mini-bar fridge, plus a small selection of crockery and cutlery. Housekeeping does not wash dishes during your stay — a dish cloth, detergent and tea towel are provided, and all crockery is replaced at the end of your stay. To have the mini-bar drinks removed, contact Reception (dial 9) or leave a note for housekeeping.
Microwave
Microwave-safe containers are available from Reception (dial 9). To reheat: press ‘Start’, then ‘Micro Power’, then set the time.
Pillow menu
Each room is fitted with our most popular pillow, the Ultra Plush Non-Allergenic Microfibre Pillow. If you would like a different feel or height, we have a pillow menu — just call Reception before 8:00pm.
Safe
A safe is installed in your wardrobe; operating instructions are on the front panel. Items brought into the motel remain the responsibility of guests — Bluegum Dubbo takes no responsibility for their safekeeping.
Security
Please ensure your door is securely closed when leaving your room or before retiring for the night, that your vehicle is locked, and that no valuables are left in sight.
Towels

Wi-Fi
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available to all guests. Connection details are displayed in your room. If you experience low or no signal, try restarting your device and reconnecting — if that does not resolve it, contact Reception (dial 9) so we can help.
Yoga TV
We offer 24-hour Yoga TV (channel 360 or 361). Revitalise and relax with yoga in the privacy of your room. Mats are available in your wardrobe or at Reception, and are sanitised after every guest.
